Maplewood Gardens is a popular spot for consumers from the City of Camrose and the local trade area. We have become known as family-friendly, for excellent pricing and superb quality of product and produce.
We use only the best chocolate, and we use a variety of brands because each has important taste characteristics that we prefer, based on the recipe. Is using higher-quality chocolate more expensive? Sometimes. But is it worth it? All the time.

Current Health and Safety Measures
Although this is not the way we may like to shop at the market, we do appreciate you recognizing the importance of the following Safety Measures are in place: Masks are mandatory in our Market. We are following all health regulations as outlined by the province of Alberta, and the City of Edmonton mask bylaw. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building, and at entrances and exits. Seating outdoors is available on our community patio.
We will be monitoring the number of visitors. Please be prepared to possibly stand outside in a physically distanced line-up Do not visit the Market if you are sick or have recently travelled We have limits for our indoor market, please do not come with a group of family & friends. Choose a healthy designated shopper for each household, and reach out to elderly family and neighbours to include their shopping lists To reduce cross-contamination, please do not touch products you do not intend to buy do not intend to buy As you shop in the Market, please observe physical distancing to keep one another safe.
Additional Cleaning Measures
You will see “Physical Distancing” reminders posted around the Market In addition to our standard cleaning schedule, we have included extra measures to increase the sanitation of the Market. Our cleaning staff is focusing on high-frequency touch points using hospital-grade disinfectants and sanitizers.
We want to continue the success of the market at this new location, our goal for the future is to bring our community families and surrounding area shoppers to support local quality vendors. We embrace the “Make it, Bake it, Grow it” philosophy where a minimum of 80% of Vendors sell Alberta products.
We are working very hard to bring a wide selection of vendors, concession
options, and family-friendly activities as well as entertainment to our market. Our goal is to create a strong community spirit, whether you are a vendor or a neighbor, we want our market vibe to be welcoming, and filled with high-spirited energy.
Market day will remain as Thursdays from 3pm to 7pm, with special events
throughout the year.
We are so pleased that you, our community members and neighbours, continue to shop locally at our market. Our vendors really do appreciate your business!
