Please fill this out by the 20th of the month (if possible) in order to give us time to get all the details ironed out and content/design approved. 

If you are after the 20th of any given month, send anyway as we will do all we can to get it into/onto the various platforms (web, facebook, and newspaper) as soon as possible.
