Employees of the City of Edmonton, City of St. Albert, City of Leduc, City of Fort Saskatchewan, Strathcona County, City of Beaumont and the City of Spruce Grove, Vix Technology (USA) Incorporated and its subcontractors involved in the delivery of the electronic fare payment system, are not eligible to win.
