It can help with stress reduction, increase strength, mindfulness and mobility, provide effective cross training for your other activities, and assists in supporting you to feel at home in your mind and body.
Join us at Ottewell Community Hall for weekly practices designed for all levels. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself, your yoga mat, a water bottle and some curiosity.
